At TriB1 Medicare, we are committed to enhancing medication safety, compliance, and quality of care within care homes and healthcare settings.
Led by Hiral Khoda Vyas, MPharm, DipClinPharm, IP—a highly experienced pharmacist with directorial-level leadership at provider level—we bring expert knowledge and practical, hands-on support to raise standards in medication management.

With over a decade of experience as a care home pharmacist, Hiral has worked closely with GPs, local authorities, care home pharmacy providers, and multi-disciplinary teams to improve medication safety, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
She has played a key role in system-wide care improvement initiatives across local authorities and CCGs, and has supported numerous CQC inspections, helping providers ensure compliance and implement best practices.

Hiral also has a keen interest in medicines sustainability, having led innovative projects aimed at reducing the environmental impact of medication use and supporting care homes in lowering their pharmaceutical carbon footprint.
